Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Novpix LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”), which operates Plainslot. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
Plainslot lets businesses publish a booking page and manage appointments. We may improve, change or add features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, keeping your password safe and the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Free trial and billing
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, continued online booking requires a paid plan. Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Plainslot for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to collect sensitive data such as health records through booking forms. We may suspend accounts that put the service or others at risk.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into Plainslot. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service. You can export your bookings and customers at any time, and we will delete your account and its data on request (email info@novpix.com).
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Plainslot running smoothly, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed appointments, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can cancel any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
