Booking data: the name, email address and optional phone number a client enters when booking, along with appointment details.

Usage data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: showing availability, creating bookings and sending confirmations and reminders.

To run our business: billing, support, security and improving the product.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use booking data for advertising.

4. Legal bases
