These terms govern your use of Plainslot. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
Plainslot lets businesses publish a booking page and manage appointments. We may improve, change or add features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, keeping your password safe and the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Free trial and billing
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. [Refund policy to be confirmed.]
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Plainslot for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to collect sensitive data such as health records through booking forms. We may suspend accounts that put the service or others at risk.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into Plainslot. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service. You can export or delete it at any time.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Plainslot running smoothly, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
7. Liability

8. Termination
You can cancel any time from your settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
